I don’t think it’s a secret that I’m at Adventures doing CGA. I’m in a program called missions track. Here’s what the website says about it, because it describes it better than I can.
Missions Track
Ever wondered what Jesus’ model of discipleship looks like for you? Jesus was homeless and wandered around discipling twelve men before he was crucified. Then he came back and told us to go into all nations and make disciples. What does this mean for you? If you’re passionate about discipleship and want to be trained in long-term missions, this is the track for you.
We have our track time 3 days a week in the mornings on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Today we talked about spiritual warfare. Kenny Sacht is in town from Wipe Every Tear, Jordan, one of our track leaders, invited him to share stories of Jesus being bigger than any battle we face spiritually.
He started out telling us how God had him up in the middle of the night giving him words for us. Dreams, truths, prophecies, and it was good! So good. What stuck out to me though wasn’t the fact that Kenny was up early, or the fact that he was speaking these things out, but the way he presented them. He has passion, he has life, he has experience. Yet he was telling us he was stepping out, he wasn’t confident any of this was for us, but he was confident God spoke to him.
He continued telling us stories about how God and his angels have protected him over the years, encounters he’s had with demons or demonized people. He told us why he called it demonized and explained demons can be in on or around us. A demon on us can be just as debilitating as anything, as he proceeded to climb on Tim’s lap for an example.

Kenny taught me today, through his actions. Sure he spoke, but it was his heart, the way he presented himself, and the prayer he put in early this morning. That’s what spoke to me. I want to be that kind of person. I want to pray without ceasing. I want to speak to those God tells me to speak to. Without doubt. Without hesitation. I want to speak the words I hear from the Holy Spirit.
You can have that too. I’ve started a prayer journal. I’m so excited to be praying for those things daily and watch them be answered. In what ever way God chooses to answer them. I know God is stretching me in my prayer life. If you don’t have a journal for just your prayers, I encourage you to start one. Let’s do it together. God moves in so many ways daily and I’m excited to document how.
I’m just a tad over 75% funded for my time here at CGA. Thank you to everyone who has given this far. If you’d like to support me all you have to do is click the link on the left. It says “support me,” you shouldn’t be able to miss it!
